At the interview, a panel will ask you a variety of questions, but several in the series will likely focus on your strengths and weaknesses. Before the interview, pick a clear set of strengths you want to highlight. For example, some strengths are being self-motivation, a team player, determined, a natural leader hard-working, or self-confident. As with strength question the oral examination board may probe more deeply than simply asking you to list your weakness. Everyone has a weakness, so pick one carefully and be prepared to provide an example of how it impacted follow up by explaining what you learned from the situation or how you now manage that weakness

If possible, try to qualify your weakness in a way that could be seen as a virtue. For example, if you say can be impatient, add that you have high standards and are demanding of those around you.
Another way to pick a weakness is to look at the job description for the position. Most police jobs have a page of duties and responsibilities. Pick one or two skills off the list that you need to work on and briefly describe them.

This question aims to check whether you want to work as a police officer. You can tell the board what made you decide to pursue such a career and mention the steps you have made so far. This can be a degree that is suitable for a law enforcement career, for example, or you have done some community-related work, or that you have taken special courses in a given language or how to cope with teens, etc.
What is your weakness?
It is much easier to talk about your strengths but you will most certainly be asked about your greatest weakness as well. This is a tricky question as you need to provide an honest answer but still an answer that gives you some credit.
Choose a weakness that can become a strength in certain circumstances. Whatever you chose you to present it as a flaw that will not hinder your work as a police officer and that you are working on improving.
Note that too harsh answer such as “I cannot put up with stupidity! “Or “I am not good at following orders “will automatically disqualify you.
